Abstract


The era of globalization, integration of resources for corporate finance organization of new issues , financial organizations how to change their functions to create value . 1980s , the value management in corporate America , and advocated by the McKinsey consulting firm and the promotion of a new management concept and management mode . Corporate activities more than the cost of capital by generating revenue truly achieve an added value , each of the activities of the enterprise can do this , then the business will have an endless stream of cash inflows , to infuse new energy . In this paper , the theory of value management as the core construct theoretical framework of the financial organization of the literature review , analysis of the role of the finance organization to locate and design financial tissue remodeling roadmap to build financial tissue remodeling evaluation index system to explain the Haier Group's financial organization remodeling cases and concluded remodeling characteristics , trying to shift China's large-scale corporate finance functions of the organization to provide theoretical and practical guidance . In this paper, the standard methods of analysis , the auxiliary case studies, with a strong theoretical and practical . This article may innovations : First, based on the value management analysis of the different life cycle financial organizational change characteristics ; Second, the values, the corporate life cycle and business development of the law into the financial organization reshape the road map ; built industrial enterprises financial tissue remodeling evaluation index system.
