Abstract


Currently, the digital elevation model (DEM) and terrain mapping, resource and environment , disaster prevention , defense and other analysis in various fields are playing an increasingly important role , has become a science of DEM data quality metrics and accurate expression of the DEM pay close attention to the problems of the producers and users of data . In this paper, research projects , focus on optimizing the the playback algorithm based on contour DEM accuracy assessment model based the DEM contours playback algorithm and optimized algorithm built . The main contents include : summarized , compared the idea of a of several contour playback algorithm based on the principle of triangulated irregular network and regular grid of several contour playback algorithm and implementation process , and a variety of algorithms playback accuracy and playback the efficiency do a detailed comparison and analysis . Achieve and optimize the rule-based grid DEM contour playback algorithm for some major aspects of the algorithm , such as grid traversal principle , contour tracing , the ambiguity of the contour and contour direction consistency issues such as the treatment in detail . In addition, for some special terrain algorithm do further optimization . Finally, the different experimental plots using several typical landform analysis of the reliability of the algorithm . 3. Based contour playback algorithm from visual accuracy \DEM accuracy assessment model contour playback algorithm . 4. Proposed based on the the contour algorithm playback multi-scale DEM accuracy assessment methods , through experiments , different interpolation methods based multi-scale DEM precision fitting model . DEM accuracy study provides a new research ideas and research methods to further improve DEM accuracy assessment system has important theoretical significance and practical value .
