Abstract


Inner Mongolia is the world's main producing cashmere , cashmere products is one of the important processing center . After 30 years of development, the Inner Mongolia cashmere industry has become one of the industries with local advantages . Inner Mongolia has been formed a relatively complete industrial system cashmere , cashmere industry in the international pattern occupies a very important position. However, Inner Mongolia cashmere industry , there are still industry development and ecological environment protection has become increasingly acute contradictions between , cashmere and its products market is still unstable , the lack of international competitiveness of products and many other issues . This article related to industrial development strategy theory, expounded in Inner Mongolia cashmere industry development , pointed out the problems and analyzes their causes , while qualitative analysis using the SWOT cashmere industry development affecting factors are the strengths, weaknesses , opportunities, and threat classification , followed by SWOT quantitative analysis , and ultimately determine the Inner Mongolian cashmere industry should adopt an aggressive growth strategy , and finally this paper presents the analysis of the three Inner Mongolia cashmere industry development strategy - sustainable development strategy , differentiation strategy and integration strategies to the development of Inner Mongolia cashmere industry has a certain reference.
