Abstract

With the emergence of the Antarctic ozone hole, the Antarctic UV-B radiation and more serious, many scientists began working on the UV-B radiation under the Antarctic biological research, this article from UV-B radiation on Antarctic Chlorella C.vulgaris A short-term effects and long-term effects of two aspects of the study, in a study on the long-term effects in UV-B radiation during the adaptive training after UV-B Antarctic Chlorella C.vulgaris A-training of Fv / Fm smaller than the rate of decline in UV-B without the adaptive training Antarctic Chlorella C.vulgaris A-no training rate, but the removal of UV-B radiation C.vulgaris A-training recovery Fv / Fm of the recovery rate and Greater C.vulgaris A-no training recovery rate. 4, 7 and 10 days in the first, UV-B treated samples maximum photochemical efficiency (Fv / Fm) initial value gradually increased. With UV-B treatment days increased, Fv / Fm gradually shorten recovery time and recovery value after accounting for a percentage of the value before irradiation is also increasing. In the UV-B stress, the photosynthetic oxygen evolution rate as the experiment to extend the number of days also increased, but C.vulgaris A-no training growth rates than C.vulgaris A-training low. In the short-term effects of the experiment, we are using the same UV-B through adaptive training of Chlorella vulgaris C.vulgaris-training as a reference and C.vulgaris A-training for comparison and found UV-B radiation, C.vulgaris A - training of photosynthetic oxygen, photosynthetic electron transport chain activity accounted for a percentage of the initial value than C.vulgaris-training large, indicating C.vulgaris A-training the damage is less than C.vulgaris-training, from confrontation oxidase Determination of discovery, C.vulgaris A-training and C.vulgaris - training of SOD in 0 ~ 120μW · cm-2 intensity radiation range up, C.vulgaris A-training rate of increase than C.vulgaris-training, and then decreased. The CAT two algae were first increased and then decreased, but C.vulgaris A-training magnitude changes more obvious (P lt; 0.05, test). In summary concludes: C.vulgaris A after UV-B adaptive training after UV-B radiation on the adaptive capacity than before exercise their strong adaptability, and this ability to C.vulgaris, in the UV- B Stress algae chlorophyll fluorescence (Fv / Fm), photosynthetic oxygen evolution rate, the electron transport chain activity were compromised antioxidant enzyme systems which play a role in repairing damage and C.vulgaris A UV-B damage repair capacity than C.vulgaris.
