Abstract

Auxin (IAA) is the main hormone academia acknowledged promote adventitious root formation, commonly used cytokinin (CTK), such as 6-BA, KT and ZT are inhibiting the formation and growth of adventitious roots, Spirit of hair (LFS) chemical structure and biological activity should belong to CTK, but it does have similar IAA promoting adventitious root formation activity. To explore the LFS promote adventitious root formation mechanism, mung bean, cucumber, Arabidopsis and Mangosteen test materials from the biological effects of morphological anatomy, four aspects of the activity of endogenous hormone LFS promote plant adventitious root formation mechanism studies, lessons main results are as follows: the LFS treatment can improve the the Mangosteen, Arabidopsis plantlets and Mung Bean, cucumber cuttings rooting rate, increased root number and rooting range. The LFS promote adventitious root formation has a significant concentration effects and time effects in 10 -6 ~ 10 -3 mol · L -1 concentration range within 10 -5 mol · L -1 to promote green bean Rooting the best continuous processing more than 24 hours or in cuttings; processing time away from the body 12 ~ 24h after treatment, the best results. 2, mung bean hypocotyl cuttings adventitious root primordia parenchyma cells in the vascular tissue differentiation from forming period of cuttings in vitro after 48 to 72h. The LFS handle cuttings adventitious root primordia site with CK group are the same, but the development process is faster than the CK treatment. Adventitious root formation process can be divided into five stages: 0 ~ 12h dedifferentiation period; 12 to 24 for the induction of; 24 ~ 48h for cell division; 48 ~ 72h root primordia formation; 72 ~ 96h root primordia growth and adventitious root formation. 3, IAAO, POD and PPO adventitious roots and plant closely related to the occurrence and development of the three enzymes, you can adjust the level of endogenous IAA. In the process of adventitious root formation, LFS treatment can reduce the the IAAO active part Rooting, POD and PPO activity. 4, LFS improve Rooting parts of Endogenous IAA, ABA content, reducing GA content, no significant effect on the ZR content; similar to LFS mung bean cuttings Endogenous IAA, ZR and ABA content IBA, IAA / ZR, IAA / ABA 48h (adventitious root primordia formation early) and 96h (adventitious root formation) reached the maximum. The LFS promote adventitious root formation is closely related to its mechanism of endogenous IAA level changes. Adventitious root formation in different periods, LFS possible by adjusting the IAAO, POD and PPO indirect effects of IAA metabolism, improve the level of the IAA in cuttings, while regulating the cuttings within ZR levels of ABA, IAA / ZR adventitious root primordia the formation of the early, IAA / ABA adventitious root formation period, respectively, to reach a higher level, thus contributing to the occurrence of adventitious roots.
