Cassava alcohol wastewater organic pollutants, high concentrations of suspended solids and complex composition, the yeast-SBR Combined Process of cassava alcohol wastewater examine yeast biodegradable characteristics, and to explore the different factors on the yeast processing cassava alcohol wastewater impact study follow-up process (SBR) working conditions and matrix degradation kinetics behavior aims to explore the feasibility of yeast-SBR Process cassava alcohol wastewater, provide the basis for engineering design. Cassava alcohol wastewater COD of 14660 ~ 30140mg / L, BOD 5 7000 ~ 14467mg / L, COD removal rate of 83.2 ~~ 86.4% after yeast treatment, BOD removal rate from 91.4 to 92.2%. Best experimental control parameter: the use of small quantities of experimental the inoculation volume 1 ‰ (v / v, the number of viable cells of 4.1 × 10 6 sup> / mL) dissolved oxygen system 2 ~ 3mg / L, into water pH 5.0-5.5, temperature 30 ° C, aeration time 72h the BOD 5 : N: P for 400:2:1. Influent concentration of organic matter, yeast treatment, the effluent COD concentration of 2000 ~ 3500mg / L, requires the joint follow-depth treatment to ensure water quality. Water quality analysis of water quality indicators and microbial respiration rate of cassava alcohol wastewater by the yeast treatment, two indicators agreed, after the the yeast treatment cassava alcohol wastewater BOD 5 / COD value of about 0.30 or so, good biodegradability, the SBR process may be used as a secondary treatment process. The SBR treatment 6h, wastewater COD biodegradable to below 100mg / L yeast water use. Optimum conditions of restricted aeration, aeration amount 0.375m 3 sup> / h, do not adjust the effluent pH of influent time 20min, aeration time 6h, the precipitate time of 20min, water time 20min , idle time 0h. Under optimum conditions, the the SBR matrix degradation kinetics of cassava alcohol wastewater treated by the yeast. The results show that: the room temperature, the quality in terms of COD concentration as the substrate concentration, in line with the law of the degradation Monod equation, the mass concentration of approximately 63mg / L of the wastewater containing non-biodegradable organics, the deceleration value-added rate constant K the m 0.0024, compared the measured values ??with the theoretical values ??of wastewater in the reactor required residence time of the theoretical and measured values ??agree well with instructions after the processing of cassava alcohol wastewater by yeast SBR matrix degradation kinetics model derivation reasonable. Cassava alcohol wastewater using yeast-SBR treatment process, the system of COD, BOD and SS removal in about 99% of the effluent COD biodegradable to 100mg / L or less, to achieve \emission standards. The strike yeast biodegradation conditions and SBR matrix degradation kinetics model for cassava alcohol wastewater engineering practice to provide a theoretical reference basis.
