Abstract


The sintering production is a long process , many factors affect the mechanism of complex dynamic systems . And with the increase of the testing equipment , the likelihood of abnormal increases , as well as reduce the operating rate of the sintering machine , impact on sinter quality . In order to reduce downtime , stable production , this paper, a sintering plant , the entire sintering production process as the research object , design and development of a sintered to produce abnormal diagnosis expert system . In this paper, based on the analysis of the sintering production process anomalies , combined with the basic principles and methods of the abnormality diagnosis , research sintering abnormal diagnostic system diagnostic methods and diagnostic strategies . The system uses expert system - based diagnostic methods , obfuscation of the characteristic parameters , combined with the diagnostic knowledge to achieve the abnormality diagnosis . Designed diagnostic expert system structure and diagnostic module is divided into four diagnostic subsystem : Sintering full diagnostic subsystem , ingredients mixed diagnostic subsystem , the fabric ignition diagnostic subsystem and sintering process diagnostic subsystem . According to the characteristics of sintering abnormality diagnosis , the system uses the production rules to represent knowledge , reasoning mechanism using forward chaining . Visual Studio.Net on the use of Windows platform and Matlab as a development tool , combined with ADO database technology , the abnormal diagnostic system developed through the application of test , diagnostic hit rate of more than 95% . Through the man-machine interface of the system can query the exception information , real-time data , but also on the knowledge rule base modifications and additions maintenance work . Software design of the system user-friendly, than the whole, more convenient to use . Abnormal sintering production Diagnosis Expert System , not only to expand the range of sintering diagnosis object , and provide a reference for the further development of the system for the future sintering diagnosis of .
