Abstract

With the development of mechanized of coal mine, many less thick and thick coal seam of mine which suitable for exploitation are reduced, mining of thin coal seam will be taken into consideration.A mobile belt tail piece of thin coal seam is one of the ancillary equipments, its design has become an important research topic. The thesis introduces the design of the whole structure of the mobile belt tail pieces which based on the height of 1.6m that mobile belt tail pieces and reprint lap after matching.According to thin seam production requirements, the mobile belt tail piece of thin coal seam is designed using three-dimensional software of the SolidWorks. The theoretical calculation and the strength of Verification are deduced to the main components of the tail, and the dynamic analysis is made by the mechanical system dynamics analysis software of ADAMS.Based on the mine belt machine actual performance data, the fixed reentrant drum is designed of the mobile belt tail pieces of thin coal seam, and the technical parameter is ensured, and its intensity is checked. It uses hydraulic control systems, which controls the hydraulic cylinders run to realize the self-moving, adjusting deviation and high. The centralized lubrication system is designed to solve the process of insufficient lubrication, and the wear resistance material of the conducted feed trough is chose to resolve the serious problems in the mobile belt wear.
