Abstract


Urban roads are the lifeblood of the modern city, the roads have a direct impact to the city's image and efficiency. A large number of pipeline buried in the pavement under the inspection and maintenance of these pipelines, the need to set up an inspection wells at some distance. Check the presence of the well to some extent affected the integrity of the road, not only affect the structural stability of the aesthetic appearance of the road, but for the life of the road also have a direct impact. Over the years, a variety of pipeline inspection wells are the weak link of the road construction, inspection wells and the road smooth access to the quality of the road works conceals many hidden dangers, inconvenience to pedestrians and motor vehicle travel, ranging from causing damage to the road , heavy the inspection wells substantial subsidence, leading to traffic accidents. With the rapid development of urban transport, the driving quality problems due to the inspection wells diseases affecting more and more widespread concern in society. This road completely cure chronic problem become an important issue that can not be avoided in the road maintenance sector. This study goals through research to eliminate or reduce the impact of the inspection wells for traffic safety covers ① road surface inspection wells surrounding pavement convergence intact elevation consistent flatness meet the acceptance criteria of the roads; ② wells surrounding pavement loose, no cracks , no settlement covers the well box is firmly bonded, driving without jumping without sound phenomenon; the inspection wells can effectively control the extent of settlement (3) reasonable design and construction, the road and the check elevation consistent. Jinan Municipal Engineering current the inspection wells diseases focus, relying mainly on the focus of research and practice in the following areas: (1) analysis of the formation mechanism of the urban road inspection wells diseases, and proposed to reduce such technical measures of disease. Combined with existing operating procedures, for the first time to improve the inspection wells, construction methods and standards. (3) preparation of inspection wells construction file table system, the responsibility of refinement and construction quantify, and enhance the sense of responsibility of the construction workers, effectively reducing the engineering quality problems generated by the non-technical reasons.
