Abstract

With the rapid development of the automotive industry , the development of automotive electronics is also growing fast . Sensors as key components for automotive electronic control system , and its performance merits a direct impact on the performance of the system . Sensors in the car everywhere . Automotive sensor as a source of information for automotive electronic control systems , automotive electronic control of key components , is also one of the core content of the research in the field of automotive electronics technology . Research vehicle sensor performance indicators , how to develop an accurate instrument to measure the dynamic and static characteristics of a variety of different types of automotive sensors has become an important and highly applied significance topics . Developed in this subject the DEIS-1 automotive sensors bench , this experimental platform through man-machine dialogue ( operator interface window ) of the interface parameters settings, and default simulation environment for various automotive sensors and vehicles in the state under a variety of simulated environments into an electrical signal received by the sensor , the electronic circuit conditioning and lower machine data acquisition , the host computer using labview for data processing , the bench has a non-linear temperature compensation and given test results data and graphics displayed on a computer screen . This article introduces the structure and principle of the hardware modules , and a description of the software design and programming principles , and finally developed the experimental station of the actual use value the DEIS-1 automotive sensors .
