Abstract


This article describes the affection about domestic natural asphalt road oil to asphalt modified mechanism and its road performance, after comparing performance for Chinese rock modified asphalt asphalt, analysis advantages that the rock asphalt as oil additives of modified asphalt is unlike the traditional modifier Performance, in particular solution to the current high-grade highway construction, asphalt mixture of rutting ability to have greater advantages. For the future in high-temperature and high stress, such as changes in the ramp of the road under adverse conditions and provide new ideas.The main topics from the following aspects of rock grading of asphalt road in the application of research and analysis:(Ⅰ) The fundamental characteristics on asphalt-modified asphalt: According to highway construction, with China’s standard technical requirements, through experiments on the asphalt-modified asphalt assessed, mainly from the following aspects, namely, anti-flood capacity testing, high temperature stability Test Evaluation mixture of conventional indicators of performance, and low temperature performance evaluation test.(Ⅱ) Mix Design study for asphalt-modified asphalt mixture:1. Requirements of rock asphalt modified asphalt mixture to coarse, fine aggregate, filler, the base asphalt.2. Hot Mix Asphalt mixture with the design: the design stage than with goals, with production design stage, with production design verification phase to determine grading permit construction of the fluctuations.(Ⅲ) Research of key technologies of asphalt-modified asphalt mixture: paving of sections of the following areas for research.1. Technical requirements of Asphalt mixture.2. Banzhi, personnel, machinery and equipment for Asphalt mixture .3. Construction technology: Mixture of Asphalt mixture ,transport, paving the mix, the mixture of compaction, joint handling, transport open time.(Ⅳ) Late conservation cost analysis of asphalt-modified asphalt road: After use of the road. Its quality shall be tracked, the the latter part of conservation cost analysis shall be analized too .Through the above analysis, and hope to promote the natural rock asphalt road applying in highgrade highways and improve the quality of road works.
