Abstract

With the acceleration of the urbanization process in China, the electrification of the railway for its environmental protection, energy saving, economic, security and other advantages, more and more attention, the catenary system is one of the three major problems of the electrified railway. Therefore, to carry out the the catenary system by stream quality and wear characteristics of carrier development of China's railway business has a social significance and enormous economic benefits. In this paper, the high-speed off - disc tribometer, the Catenary System by stream quality and stainless steel 316 / Baptist metal carbon friction and wear characteristics of the sub-carrier test. Use of high-speed dynamic data acquisition instrument recording voltage signals, the analysis of the process of sliding friction by stream quality. Measuring the amount of wear of the pin specimen using a precision electronic balance, combined with the optical microscope (OM), confocal laser scanning microscope (LCSM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) worn morphology of the samples were analyzed to study the initial current polarity of the pin specimen, test parameters such as stiffness and speed on the wear characteristics carrier, the results showed that: low speed, the catenary system can remain stable by the flow; stream quality over speed increase in speed over a certain range deteriorated. The vibration characteristics of the system and the sliding friction of the surface characteristics of the vice will affect the flow quality. 2 in the test range, the larger the contact force, the better the suspension will flow quality, the greater the range of stable flow speed. And consider the the catenary system flexibility by stream quality is better than not considered flexible. Stainless steel 316 / Baptist metal carbon friction Vice current pin wear rate of the specimen with the speed increases monotonically increase friction Vice abrasive wear and adhesive wear. A current when the wear rate of the pin specimen is increased with increasing current arc erosion pit in its friction surface, accompanied by abrasive wear, adhesive wear and oxidation wear. The disk sample surface traces of partial melting. 4 the pin specimen under the conditions of the carrier's wear is the wear and tear of mechanical and electrical coupling by stream quality pin wear rate of the sample in the test range, with the speed of change, the wear rate of the pin specimen maxima. Under the conditions of the carrier pin specimen as cathode or anode access to power, its arc erosion wear. The cathode in the arc is generated at the same time generate a lot of sparks, and the anode to generate an arc at the same time produces only a small amount of the spark. The pin specimen as a cathode, the wear rate is high than when used as an anode.
