Abstract

The electrolysis gas trace moisture meter is an online process of jus cogens moisture measurement instrument , mainly used for measuring the oil refining , petrochemical , fertilizer , metallurgy, electronics and other industrial sectors , and the system of gas distribution units online analysis of air, oxygen , nitrogen, hydrogen , chlorine, carbon monoxide , carbon dioxide , alkanes, aromatics, such as gases contained in trace moisture . In the electrolysis method moisture meter on the measured sample gas moisture detection process , due to its impact of the measurement principle , the output of the sensor will be affected by the disturbing effect of the measured sample temperature , flow, pressure , i.e. measuring system on the temperature , flow, pressure, there is a cross- sensitivity , and there is mutual coupling between the sensor , thus affecting the dynamic performance of the system . This paper presents a way to improve the of electrolysis water sensors measure the performance of the new method for real-time detection by the four parameters of moisture , temperature , flow, pressure , and multi- sensor technology , multi- variable detection correction algorithm on the measured sample gas temperature, flow , pressure, dynamic compensation signal for data processing to effectively suppress the interference of the non-target parameters , in order to improve the accuracy and robustness of the system line measurement to obtain the measurement results of high stability . On the basis of theoretical analysis developed by the electrolysis of water around the outside structure sensor , designed to produce a vapor trace moisture analyzer based on ADuC812 MCU performance electrolysis . Experimental results show : the method is able to eliminate or weaken the impact of the non-target parameters of the humidity sensor performance , to improve the measurement performance .
