Abstract

In this study 48 healthy newborn Holstein bull calves, according to whole milk, whole milk concentrate, concentrate, and four kinds of milk replacer feeding the test animals were divided into four groups of four rearing methods for determination of Holstein bull calves grow under situation, fleshy and blood biochemical parameters, analysis of variance method to analyze the four dairy bull calves each trait differences. The use of correlation analysis on blood biochemical indexes and growth of dairy bull calves, the relationship between meat quality were analyzed in detail, compared four rearing dairy bull calves under the growth conditions and the calving beef meat quality were studied milk male calf serum enzymes in the growth process and its contents variation of dairy bull calves grow, the relationship between meat for future breeding Holstein bull calves, provide the basis for the production of quality beef calves. The results are as follows: 1, four kinds of dairy bull calf feeding mode growth traits there are significant differences in weight in all age groups among dairy bull calves there are significant or very significant difference (P lt; 0.05 or P lt; 0.01). Full weight of whole milk group were higher than the other three groups, concentrate group full of body weight are lower than the other three groups, whole milk concentrate group weighing 3 months ago basically consistent with whole milk group, which was significantly higher than milk replacer group and concentrate group (P lt; 0.01), but after three months of basic and milk replacer consistent group and concentrate group, significantly lower than whole milk group (P lt; 0.01). 6 month weight of whole milk was the highest, reaching 248.50kg, ADG 1.106kg also significantly higher than the other three groups. Description Full breast feeding than the other three rearing methods to accelerate the growth rate of Holstein bull calves, improve production performance. Two, four kinds of dairy bull calf feeding mode meat quality traits were significantly different basic meat traits compared three months whole milk group, whole milk concentrate group, milk replacer group than concentrate group, water loss rates were 1.52 percent lower, 0.83%, 1.25%, water holding high 10.14% respectively, 8.79%, 9.67%, the difference was significant (P lt; 0.05). Meat color, the concentrate group than the other three groups, significant difference (P lt; 0.05). Six months of basic meat traits of each group compared with whole milk group, whole milk concentrate group, milk replacer group than in the concentrate group, lower water loss rates were 2.60%, 2.06%, 2.52%, water holding high 10.48% respectively, 11.30%, 10.40%, respectively, tenderness low 1.33 kg/cm2, 1.29 kg/cm2, 1.26 kg/cm2, the difference was significant (P lt; 0.01). Meat color concentrate group than the other three groups, significant difference (P lt; 0.05). Illustrated with fine materials group, whole milk group, whole milk and milk replacer concentrate group group flesh shallow, meat is tender and juicy. Amino acid content of meat compared to 3-month-old meat in milk replacer group leucine, phenylalanine and lysine these three essential amino acids, essential amino acids and total amino acid content were significantly lower than the other three groups ( P lt; 0.01), described three-month-old milk replacer group amino acids in meat aspect of poor quality compared to the other three groups. 6-month-old group, whole milk meat content of threonine and serine whole milk group was significantly higher than the other three groups (P lt; 0.01). Whole milk group and whole milk concentrate group of essential amino acids, and total amino acid content was significantly higher than concentrate containing group, which was the highest whole milk, whole milk illustrate six months of age group succulent than the other three groups, and the essential amino acids in meat and total amino acid concentrations in 6 months to 3 months of age have some increase. Comparison of metal ion content of meat, four experimental groups at 3 months of age metal ion concentrations in meat were not significantly different (P gt; 0.05). 6-month-old metal ion concentrations in meat, K, Na, Ca, Fe in no significant difference between the groups (P gt; 0.05). Zn content of whole milk group and whole milk than milk replacer concentrate group group and concentrate group, the difference was significant (P lt; 0.01). Mn content of whole milk concentrate group was significantly lower than the other three groups (P lt; 0.01). Test results of whole milk concentrate group Mn and Zn negative correlation consistent with previous reports, but the whole milk group does this interference effect, pending further research. From the meat content of trace elements in the human body needs perspective, whole milk group than in the other three groups. Meat fatty acid content as compared with age, oleic acid content increased, the relative content of unsaturated fatty acids increase, two essential fatty acids linoleic and linolenic relative content significantly decreased with age. Fatty acid content of meat in each group compared three months old meat in milk replacer group relative content of unsaturated fatty acids and essential fatty acids relative contents were 67.03% and 30.52%, which was significantly higher than the other three groups, the relative content of saturated fatty acids 32.97% , significantly lower than the other three groups (P lt; 0.01). 6-month-old meat in milk replacer group relative content of unsaturated fatty acids and essential fatty acids relative contents were 75.43% and 7.15%, which was significantly higher than the other three groups (P lt; 0.01), the relative content of saturated fatty acids 24.57%, a very significantly lower than the other three groups (P lt; 0.01). Description Although the use of milk replacer and concentrate feeding dairy bull calves in meat production performance as whole milk feeding, but the production of meat rich in unsaturated fatty acids, more in line with demand for mass consumption, is a high quality and healthy meat, more market prospects. And essential fatty acids 3 months more than 6 months of age, if the simple pursuit of essential fatty acids high, 3 months old slaughtered better than 6 months of age. 3, blood biochemical indexes and growth of dairy bull calves and meat quality traits significant correlation exists between dairy bull calves GPT, GOT activity and production traits were highly significant positive correlation (P lt; 0.01). GPT and Mn, palmitic acid, isoleucine was a significant positive correlation with essential fatty acids showed a significant negative correlation (P lt; 0.05). GOT and isoleucine were significantly negatively correlated with palmitic acid showed a significant positive correlation (P lt; 0.05). AKP and weight, average daily gain, tenderness was a significant positive correlation (r = 0.3144, r = 0.2986, r = 0.2954, P lt; 0.05). LAD and tenderness was significantly negatively correlated (r = -0.3098, P lt; 0.05). Creatine kinase and color, water holding capacity, unsaturated fatty acids, essential fatty acids showed a significant positive correlation (P lt; 0.05), creatine kinase and water loss rate, amino acids and saturated fatty acids showed a significant negative correlation (P lt; 0.05 ). Total cholesterol and linoleic acid, saturated fatty acids, essential fatty acids was a significant negative correlation (r = -0.4945, r = -0.5154, r = -5655, P lt; 0.01), total cholesterol and lysine, unsaturated fatty acids showed a significant positive correlation (P lt; 0.05). Albumin and water holding capacity, leucine, palmitic acid, saturated fatty acids, essential fatty acids showed a significant positive correlation (P lt; 0.05), albumin and linoleic acid, unsaturated fatty acids was significantly negatively correlated (P lt; 0.05 ). Meanwhile These results also reflect the different feeding through changes in blood biochemical indicators to promote the body's metabolism, improves the growth and development of dairy bull calf performance.
