Abstract

This study is divided into two parts, the first part of analysis of trace element content in the feed ingredients and variation by sampling laying hens feed ingredients for trace element content of background information; second part of northwest typical dietary trace element contents, study laying hens producing with different levels of production performance of egg stage of copper, iron, zinc, manganese, plasma indicators, egg quality and content of trace elements in the feces. Test selection from all 11 117 common feed ingredients (for corn, wheat, wheat bran, DDGS, corn gluten meal, soybean meal, cottonseed meal, rapeseed meal, fish meal, powder, calcium hydrogen phosphate), atomic absorption spectrometry Determination of the content of Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn's. The results show that, mineral feed in Fe, Zn, Mn content, followed by protein feed, the lowest energy feed; highest Cu content of protein feed, followed by mineral feed, energy feed minimum. Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn content in the mineral feed variation, powder, Zn, Mn content in the coefficient of variation of 161.93% and 62.17%, respectively; rapeseed meal contains protein feed, Cu, Fe variation 48.19% and 61.37%, respectively, DDGS and corn gluten meal variation of Zn, 56.60% and 56.83%, respectively, the Mn content variation is DDGS and fishmeal, 50.37% and 62.17%, respectively, in fishmeal Fe Content Variation, 77.25%; energy feed contained relatively low levels of four trace elements, variation is also relatively small. NW of a typical laying recipe calculation based diets provided Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn, more than the NRC (1994) recommended standard, exceeded the most serious of which Fe, Zn and Cu, Mn and standards and diet to 50.49% iron and 66.47% manganese from calcium and phosphorus supplement (powder and calcium hydrogen phosphate), Cu and Zn mainly from energy feed and protein feed. Test the 1500 22-week-old Roman brown shell laying hens were randomly divided into 20 treatment, 75 per treatment, using 1/2 of the four factors and five levels quadratic regression general rotation design study Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn The trial lasted 12 weeks, add a level of performance, blood indicators and egg quality. The results showed that egg production rate and egg production 12 Worst (P lt; 0.05); the Group 9 higher Podan rate; average feed intake of the treatment difference was not significant; feed egg than 15 group has been significantly improved (P lt; 0.05), the rest of the treatment group difference was not significant; regression analysis showed that the feed egg than the level of manganese added was a significant positive correlation (y = 0.001x 2.519, P lt; 0.01), Podan rate of copper add levels were significantly negatively correlated (Y = 0.027x 1.546, P lt; 0.01); RBC and Hct 12th, the lowest (P lt; 0.05) of Hb 16 group was significantly lower than the 13 group (P lt; 0.05); Total SOD group 5, 16 group significantly significantly lower than group 3 (P lt; 0.05); plasma AKP and Cu-ZnSOD each treatment group differences are not significant with; yolk content of Cu 2 group, the lowest 8 group (P lt ; 0.05) Zn content of 11 group had the lowest (P lt; 0.05), the remaining difference is not significant, egg yolk cholesterol and Fe, Mn content among treatment groups had no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). Fecal content of trace elements were higher than the content of the diet, but no obvious correlation between the two. This comprehensive test results, show that the trace element content in the feed ingredients varies Fe variation range, followed by Zn, Mn, Cu is relatively stable, the production should be based on the characteristics of the content of the basal diet supplemented trace elements and trace element balance But the amount. Laying hens phase, trace elements of Cu, Fe, Zn, of different levels of Mn and composition affect the production performance of laying hens and plasma indicators; There are complex interactions between the trace elements, the trace element content of the diet with eggs or excretion no obvious correlation between the content of the corresponding element in the matter. Overall, the context of the test diets recommended level of trace elements add: Cu 33.64, Fe 100.92, Zn 67.28, Mn 50.46 mg / kg.
