The blood-red porcini (Boletus rubellus Krombh.) Basidiomycetes Agaricales (Agaricsles), , the porcini mushrooms Branch ( Boletaceae ) , Boletus (Boletus) an edible fungus , mainly distributed in China's Yunnan Province . Higher fungal secondary metabolites type of structure and physiological activity of diversity in recent years, the study of higher fungi has attracted extensive attention of scholars at home and abroad , but the chemical composition and biological activity of the blood-red Boletus research has not been reported . Blood red porcini mushrooms collected from Kunming, Yunnan study , the use of silica gel column chromatography , Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography , RP-18 column chromatography from blood red boletus fruiting bodies of methanol extract the ethyl acetate soluble portion of the substance isolated 9 the monomer compound ( 1 to 9) , and with mass spectrometry ( EI-MS , FAB - MS), hydrogen spectrum (1H-NMR), a carbon spectrum ( 13C- NMR ) and other modern spectroscopic structural identification of individual compounds . The results showed that these compounds were identified as of :3,6 ??- Dibenzyl - 2 - Hydroxy - 5 - methoxypyradine ( 1 ) , emeheterone ( 2 ) , of grifolin ( 3 ) , neogrifolin ( 4 ) , confluentin ( 5 ) , dihydroconfluentin ( 6 ) ergosterol (7) , peroxide ergosterol (8) and ergosta ,6,8 (14) , 22 - 4 - ene-3 - one (9) , and the structure type belonging pyrazine , phenols and steroidal compounds . Compounds dihydroconfluentin (6) is a new natural product , its NMR and carbon spectral data for the first time fully vested . All compounds were isolated from the blood-red porcini mushrooms for the first time , compounds 1 to 6 is the first time obtained from the Boletus Division fungi isolated . Culture assays show that in vitro cells (PC12) , the compound having 1 to 6 no neurotrophic activity .
