Abstract


The test in December 2006 to March 2008 in Zhouzhi kiwi orchards . Kiwi fruit quality and storability of 7 -year-old Kiwi Hayward varieties for the material , its processing of potassium explore potassium , the results showed that : 1 . In the same nitrogen and phosphorus levels , moderate applying potassium fertilizer ( pure potassium 300g / strain) can significantly improve the kiwi fruit firmness , soluble solids and Vc content , reducing the amount of fruit acid , significant improvement within the quality and appearance of fruit , while improving fruit storability , but with the potassium amount increase in effect no longer significantly improved or downward trend ; increasing potassium fertilizer can increase fruit shape index , kiwi fruit weight , respectively, an increase of 1.09% to 6.01% , from 2.08% to 14.52% , and increase the amount of potassium in the leaves . Potash different fertilization period in the bud pre application of potash can significantly with the increase in storage kiwi the fruit hardness Vc content , the content of MDA during storage than the control low , increase the activity of SOD ; fruit enlargement of application of potash help to improve the soluble solids . K fertilizer help to reduce titratable acid content before it reaches maturity . Different with the proportion of potash fertilizer proportion 3:1:1 sequentially administered in three periods can significantly improve storage kiwi fruit firmness , Vc content , reducing the amount of fruit acid , soluble solids ; during storage reduce the content of MDA , increased SOD activity conducive to storage ; 1:1:1 processing more conducive to reducing titratable acid content . Organic potash fertilizer and combined application of chemical fertilizers , 90g/180g organic potash 600 times spraying ( fruit enlargement period ) organic potash 600 times spraying (mature ) K fertilizer can significantly improve at room temperature , cold storage storage kiwi fruit firmness , Vc content . Potassium content level of 5 . Kiwi leaves and fruit storage phase- consistent resistance to improve the potassium content in kiwifruit leaves help to improve the Kiwi fruit quality and storability . Kiwi leaf potassium content and fruit storability the the best potash fertilization program for fertilization ratio fertilization , followed by organic potash fertilizer and chemical fertilizers with application of Potassium Fertilizer infancy again .
