Abstract

The trial Medicago Mans (Mangifera indica L.) material by EGTA and lime treatment , research calcium stress for fruit growth process PE , PG , cellulase and amylase , and physiological disease of the spongy tissue relations , and research the spongy tissue physiological disease occurrence and disease classification . Expectations through the the research fruit growth process activity changes , as well as calcium stress impact , looking for a correlation between activity changes with spongy tissue physiological disease occurrence , to provide a reference for the physiological disease prevention and control for the production of these enzymes . The results show that : 1 . Medicago mango real physiological disease spongy tissue incidence of preharvest 10d disease incidence and disease index were increased with the improvement of fruit maturity . The the diseased fruits PE , PG and amylase activity were higher than the control , especially close to harvest more . PE, PG and starch Zihua mango growth late activity changes with physiological disease spongy tissue occurred very close relationship . 2 . The real physiological disease spongy tissue of Medicago mango incidence and disease index , increased with the improvement of fruit size . Large fruit , PE, PG and amylase activity than small fruit . 3.EGTA treatment induced fruit calcium deficiency , increasing the incidence of the spongy tissue of the fruit physiological disease . , Calcium also improve fruit PE , PG and cellulase activity , reduced fruit ratio of calcium , calcium and magnesium ratio and calcium potassium ratio . Lime treatment increased fruit calcium content , improve fruit than in calcium and phosphorus , calcium and magnesium ratio and calcium potassium ratio , inhibition of PE, PG, cellulase and amylase activity sex . A certain extent , reducing the incidence of the spongy tissue of the fruit physiological disease . 5 different levels of disease if the PE, PG, cellulase and amylase activity were higher than normal fruit . In addition , compared with the control , storage of diseased fruits cellulase activity significantly change than the growing season , while the change in the amount of amylase activity is the growing season than the obvious storage period . That fruit PE , the PG , cellulase and amylase the impact of the changes on the disease exhibit a certain sequence .
