Abstract

Tiger lily (Lilium lancifolium Thunb.) Is a perennial herb of the Liliaceae (Liliaceae) Lilium (Lilium), is widely distributed in China's provinces. Nourishing the lungs, heat and soothe the nerves, cough and diuretic effects. For the further development and utilization of the plant resources, the papers collected from Hanzhong lily cultivation base lancifolium object of study, the chemical composition of the lancifolium system pre-trial, and on this basis, the total phenolic acids of different lily varieties content were determined; using solvent extraction, thin layer chromatography, column chromatography to separate and purify the chemical composition of the Lilium bulbs chloroform phase and determination of physical and chemical properties, spectral analysis, and other methods of identification of the chemical structure of the compounds obtained tiger lily bulbs water extract of lettuce Allelopathy; Petri dish method. The main results are as follows: 1. Vitro method and round filter paper tiger lily bulbs in the chemical composition, the system pre-test results show that the tiger lily bulbs contain tannins, phenolic compounds, alkaloids, saponins, steroids, flavonoids and its glycosides, polysaccharides and their glycosides, amino acids, peptides and proteins as well as volatile oil, grease and other types of chemical ingredients, not detected anthraquinone glycosides, cardiac glycosides. Using ultraviolet spectrophotometry 5 lily varieties in total phenolic acid content, the results showed that the total phenolic content of different lily varieties there are some differences in descending content distribution the order: lily (shangluo) gt; volume Dan gt; Puri head gt; essence of gt; daytime make. By column chromatography and recrystallization separation and purification techniques, seven compounds isolated from the Lilium bulbs ethanol extract of chloroform phase, IR, MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectroscopy modern and with the standard control or comparison with the relevant literature data, the basic determined wherein the five compounds the structures, compounds, respectively, as carrots glycosides (daucosterol), of β-valley steroid alcohols (of β-sitosterol can), the compound of the glycoside, sterol body saponins (25R) -3β, 17α-dihydroxy-5α-spirostan-6-one 3-O-α--rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β--glucopy-ranoside, lactams (caprolactam). There are two structures of the compounds to be determined. Tiger lily bulbs the donor, lettuce receptor, the use of Petri dishes Determination of water extract treatment of different concentrations Volume Dan bulbs lettuce seed germination and seedling growth, superoxide anion radical content and protective enzyme activities. The results showed that the of Lilium bulbs water extract of lettuce seed germination and early seedling growth are showing significantly inhibited, and lettuce seedling antioxidant system interference. The paper initially clear the volume of the chemical composition of the Dan and allelopathy. For the first time measured the total phenolic acid content in the lily; the Lilium bulbs of chloroform phase separation to seven compounds, including T3, T5, T6, for the first time from this plant were isolated; first study of the water extract of Lilium bulbs liquid allelopathy and its mechanism of action lettuce. The results of these studies the theoretical and experimental basis for further understanding and rational development and utilization of the plant resources.
