Abstract


The common wild rice is the ancestor of cultivated rice , an important genetic resource for rice breeding . Guangxi is of wild rice distribution , has a unique position in the rice germplasm resources in China . Currently, the serious damage to the environment of Guangxi wild rice distribution point , the distribution area is gradually shrinking , is in endangered status , to properly protect the wild rice resources is the most important issue of the Guangxi wild rice resources . In this paper, SSR markers to study the genetic diversity of populations , nine of Guangxi wild rice , build its core collection , designed to provide a theoretical basis for the of Guangxi common wild rice protection . The results : Guangxi wild rice has a rich genetic diversity : 24 SSR loci detected a total of 114 alleles per loci were detected 4.75 alleles , the average numbers of alleles ( A ) was 4.75 , the average Shannon's information index ( I ) is 1.1801 , the genetic diversity index (He) 0.6388 nine populations of common wild rice genetic diversity index size order : the Yongning populations (YN)> Lingui ranking group ( LG ) > the Fusui populations (FS)> the Rongxian populations (RX)> the the Guigang populations (GG)> the Pingnan home group ( PN ) > ancient shed population (GP)> the Wuli pond populations ( WL)> the Bobai ranking group ( BB ) ; the 9 populations average genetic diversity index (He) is 0.4916 , which five populations above average : YN, LG, FS, RX , GG . Guangxi wild rice to construct a core germplasm research shows that 5% of the core sample is representative of 89% in Guangxi wild rice genetic diversity of populations , 20% of the core sample represents 94% of the genetic diversity . 5% of the core sample of the genetic parameters : number of alleles (A) 4.2500 , effective number of alleles (Ae) 3.0638 , Shannon 's information index (Ⅰ) 1.2012 , genetic diversity index (He) 0.6605 that basically includes the genetic diversity of the population , while 20% of the core samples to better represent the genetic diversity of all the materials .
