Analytical Chemistry is a chemical measurement science. The chemometric is produced by a chemical and statistics, mathematics, computer science, cross-emerging chemical subdiscipline. Introduction part of this thesis, first a simple description of the definition and development of analytical chemistry, and then provides an overview of the chemometric the produce, development and research status quo, then multivariate resolution correction in particular the principles and methods of the second-order correction focuses on, including the tri-linear model and algorithm development. After brief drug analysis of the current situation, especially the progress of in vivo drug analysis. On this basis, the combined three-dimensional data, the second correction method with the three-dimensional fluorescence spectra for the analysis and detection of the anti-cancer drug in the human body fluids of a complex matrix, to solve a fluorescent substrate with the component to be measured of the human body fluids difficult to distinguish due to the fluorescence spectra overlap The problem can be achieved in the unknown interference exists under a complex system interested rapid quantitative determination of the components of anti-cancer drugs, anti-cancer medicines in human body fluids analysis provides a new approach to detection. Chapter alternating trilinear decomposition (ATLD) second-order correction algorithm combined with three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy, extraction separation and processing experiments without plasma and urine predicted samples in the plasma and urine matrix interference coexistence of anti-cancer drug daunorubicin were quantitatively analyzed. This method can solve the daunorubicin hydrochloride difficult to distinguish the problems caused by the drug plasma and urine within the source material and the analyte spectrum overlap in plasma and urine, can be used for unknown interference coexist under daunorubicin directly rapid quantitative determination. Taxol is a natural anti-cancer pharmaceutical raw materials extracted from yew or yew tree, this study is unknown interference coexist under rapid quantitation of the anti-cancer drug paclitaxel determination, respectively ATLD, and parallel factor analysis (PARAFAC) and alternating Penalty Trilinear Decomposition (APTLD) algorithm excitation emission matrix three-dimensional fluorescence data parsing Overlapping Spectra complex system using chemometric algorithms to distinguish between analytic and quantitative determination of satisfactory results. The law is just a simple sample extraction can be achieved unknown fluorescent background interference under paclitaxel rapid quantitative determination establish the chemometrics A second-order correction algorithm and three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy combined detection in human plasma paclitaxel content new method. The fourth chapter using three-dimensional excitation emission fluorescence spectra of stoichiometric school PARAFAC second-order correction algorithm combining the quantitative determination of resveratrol in the plasma and urine samples. Chemometrics second correction method with three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy, the method is able to solve difficult to distinguish between problems caused by resveratrol in plasma and urine endogenous substances and their fluorescence spectra overlap can be avoided in the past, various analytical methods must the tedious pre-separation and purification process for resveratrol in the plasma and urine drug Quantitative determination to provide a simple, fast and feasible method for rapid quantitative determination of unknown interference coexistence resveratrol . Main topoisomerase I inhibitor camptothecin and its derivatives such as HCPT, the hydroxycamptothecin the topoisomerase I inhibitor developed in China, with a broad-spectrum anti-tumor effect. Routinely used for the treatment of advanced liver cancer, stomach cancer, colon cancer, more effective. The fifth chapter, try to take advantage of three-dimensional excitation emission fluorescence spectroscopy combined with chemometrics the order correction algorithms including ATLD, alternating fitting residuals (AFR), self-weighted alternating trilinear decomposition algorithm (SWATLD) under coexistence of urine interference hydroxycamptothecin anticancer drugs for quantitative determination.
