Abstract

Purpose: This topic combination of prospective and retrospective studies, observation of 88 cases of combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lung cancer patients after cryosurgical efficacy and TCM syndrome, summarize the law, for the cryosurgical joint Chinese medicine clinical applications provide some guidance for lung cancer, especially in the treatment of advanced lung cancer to explore a more sophisticated treatment programs, rich in advanced lung cancer treatment, improve the clinical efficacy of advanced lung cancer. Combined with traditional Chinese by summing the cryosurgical treatment of lung cancer the advantages of more effective methods for the treatment of advanced lung cancer. Methods: A prospective and retrospective combining research methods selected from September 2003 to January 2008 at the Oriental Hospital oncology hospital lung cancer (including lung metastasis) the cryosurgical surgery patients 88 cases, analysis of cryosurgical joint traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms in patients with lung cancer, behavioral status, quality of life, TCM climate, survival period. Results: [1] imaging evaluation: ① intraoperative monitoring results on CT images of 88 patients, frozen ablation of tumors a total of 104 lesions damaged area CT values ??were seen significantly reduced after freezing, ice hockey completely up to the edge of the outer cover of tumors 1cm 27, accounting for 24.03%; hockey coverage of tumors range from 85% to 95% of 62, accounting for 59.62%; 8 ice hockey coverage the tumor foci range 60 to 85%, accounting for 7.69%; hockey coverage range of tumor foci 60 % 7 cases accounted for 6.73%. The total effective rate of 93.27%. (2) solid tumor efficacy assessed in accordance with the WHO in Solid Tumors Response Evaluation Criteria Evaluation (CR PR), 3 months after the effective rate was 24.05%, 6 months after operation efficiency of 22.81%, 12 months after operation efficiency of 18.42%, after 18 months efficiency of 16%, efficiency of 11.76% in the 24 months after 36 months after surgery to 0. [2] behavioral conditions and quality of life changes after 1 to 6 months to improve more obvious, and 6 to 24 months the status of acts to improve the stability rate, the rate of decline gradually increased. Cryosurgical after 1 to significantly improve the quality of life good rate in June compared with the preoperative patient's quality of life significantly improved, and 12 months after operation, 18 months, 24 months, 36 months, a good rate compared with preoperative no significantly improved, no significant improvement in the quality of life of patients. [3] The clinical symptoms change after 7 days cough, expectoration, hemoptysis, chest pain, fatigue, shortness of breath, loss of appetite, increase in symptoms compared with the preoperative, expectoration, chest pain, coughing up blood increase more obvious, may be caused by surgery local damage; 14 days after a variety of symptoms compared with the preoperative improvement, but there are still many patients feel fatigue; has significantly improved after 1 to 3 months a variety of symptoms compared with the preoperative to hemoptysis improve the most significantly, chest distress, loss of appetite, followed by. After 6 to December chest pain, fatigue, chest tightness, suffocation, loss of appetite symptoms compared with preoperative improvement. Cough, expectoration, hemoptysis, no significant improvement compared with the preoperative. Shortness of breath worse. After 12 to 36 months cough, expectoration, hemoptysis, chest pain, fatigue, chest tightness, suffocation, shortness of breath, loss of appetite are heavier. Lung cancer patients [4] TCM syndrome is false is mixed, the main clinical manifestations of deficiency (Qi, Qi and Yin), certificates of sputum (phlegm, phlegm), blood stasis. After 7 Weather virtual deficiency, blood stasis, phlegm syndrome was significantly increased in patients after cryoablation therapy heat syndrome in Phegm based on performance, reduce the performance of phlegm, increased phlegm permit. 2 weeks after surgery with preoperative sputum, blood stasis syndrome improved to some extent the trend, but not obvious deficiency no significant improvement compared with the preoperative. [5] survival and survival analysis (1) survival of all patients in the postoperative survival shortest period of January, the longest more than 47 months. After 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months, 36 months survival rates were 94.23%, 74.03%, 51.55%, 34.83%, 25.75%, 14.71%. After primary lung cancer in March, June, December, 18 months, 24 months, 36 months survival rates were 94.81%, 72.06%, 52.54%, 36.62%, 27.90%, 17.17%. ② overall survival from the onset of the date of start to the date of the last Interrupted (March 1, 2008), the overall survival of 12 months and patients over 56 cases, 30 cases of 24 months and above, 3 years and over 18 cases, more than five years and five cases, the shortest overall survival January, up more than 77 months. [6] surgical tolerance of 88 patients were successfully complete the surgery, intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions widespread, but the symptoms are mild and rapid recovery. Conclusion: [1] cryosurgical combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lung cancer efficacy, effective local ablation lesions, reduce patient suffering, improve patients' quality of life, prolong survival in patients with advanced lung cancer. [2] cryosurgical trauma, faster postoperative recovery, good tolerance of the patient, and to adapt to a wide crowd. [3] Qi, blood stasis, phlegm syndrome patients cryosurgical preoperative and postoperative syndrome. Chinese medicine has a \inhibit recurrence transfer. [4] cryosurgical combined with traditional Chinese treatment is a combination of local treatment and overall treatment, complementary advantages, not only a significant effect and side effects, the new program is a worthy treatment of lung cancer.
