Objective To study the CD10 of CD146 and HepPar-1 expression in the PHC and its clinical and pathological features. Methods fresh PHC surgical resection specimens in 49 cases and 10 cases of normal liver tissue, fixed in 10% formalin, paraffin embedded specimens were serially sectioned 4um thick application Envision two-step of CD146 and HepPar-1 monoclonal antibody CD10, PHC tissue sections were stained using the x2 test or Fisher's exact test for CD10, CD146 and HepPar 1 in PHC in the expression and clinical pathological features. Results: 1) CD10 PHC in the positive expression rate was 51.02% (25/49), in adjacent tissues, the positive rate was 69.70% (23 / 33), normal liver tissue CD10 are all positive (10/10). statistical test found that the HCC tissues CD10 expression was significantly lower than the normal liver tissue (P <0.05); CD146 in PHC positive expression rate of 61.22% (30/49) in the adjacent tissues, the positive rate was 24.24% (8/33). CD146 expression, normal liver tissue were negative (0/10), liver cancer tissues were significantly higher than in adjacent tissue and normal liver tissue (P <0.01): HepPar-1 the PHC in positive expression rate was 34.69% (17/49) in the adjacent tissues, the positive rate was 81.82% (27/33), 9 patients were positive in the normal liver tissue (9/10), hepatoma tissues HepPar-1 expression was significantly lower than liver cancer tissue and normal liver tissue (P <0.01) .2) CD10 positive expression with age, degree of differentiation, hepatitis B, liver cirrhosis, blood shcsp, liver within the transfer, gross morphology, tumor diameter, portal vein tumor thrombus has nothing to do with the pathological type (P <0.05), AFP (P <0.01), the growth of parts (P <0.05) related to: CD146 positive expression and differentiation degree of hepatitis B, liver sclerosis, blood shcsp, intrahepatic metastasis, gross morphology, tumor size, portal vein thrombosis, the pathological type of AFP, regardless of the growth site (P> 0.05), age (P <0.05): the HepPar-positive expression and pathological type, degree of differentiation, cirrhosis of the liver, blood shcsp, largely independent of the morphology, tumor size, portal vein thrombosis, pathological type, AFP, growth site (P> 0.05), only with hepatitis B (P <0.05), age, liver within transfer related (P <0.01).: 1) CD10, of CD146 and HepPar-1 expression occurs with PHC, progress and biological behavior have a close relation, are important molecular markers .2) CD10 and HepPar -1 may have an important role in the PHC differential diagnosis .3) CD10, CD146, and HepPar-1 PHC expression, found no significant correlation.
