Purpose Treg (CD 4 sup> CD 25 sup> regulatory T cells) can inhibit the proliferation of T cells and NK cells and activation, prevent autoimmune disease has an important role in maintaining the stability of the immune system; However, in recent years, studies have shown that Treg cells play an important role in tumor immunosuppression same. This research aims to study the impact and significance of Treg cells in the peripheral blood after chemotherapy drugs to cure breast cancer patients, and provide useful information for the comprehensive treatment of breast cancer. Method collected 52 cases of peripheral venous blood before the chemotherapy of breast cancer patients after one day and 10 days after chemotherapy, 52 patients with breast cancer were treated with TE program (docetaxel and epirubicin) chemotherapy, patients with pathological type by pathological are invasive ductal carcinoma of the histological diagnosis. The application flow cytometry in peripheral blood Treg cells as well as CD 3 sup> CD 4 sup> CD 8 sup> T cells accounted for the percentage of T lymphocytes, using IL-4 in the peripheral blood of the ELLSA assay, the expression levels of IL-10, TGF-β1 and IFN-γ. Breast cancer patients after chemotherapy total percentage of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood Treg cells (4.75 ± 1.60)% compared with chemotherapy (5.59 ± 1.81)% reduce (P <0.05), and the the Treg cells change with the patient's age, lymph nodes with or without transfer, number of lymph node metastasis, and independent of menopausal status (P> 0.05). Before and after chemotherapy CD 3 sup> cells accounted for the proportion of T lymphocytes (64.690 ± 7.469)%, (64.357 ± 9.356)% (P> 0.05). Before and after chemotherapy CD 4 sup> T cells accounted for the proportion of T lymphocytes (38.048 ± 10.671)%, (36.536 ± 9.664)% (P> 0.05). After chemotherapy CD 8 sup> T cells in T lymphocyte ratio (28.129 ± 10.900) (24.876 ± 6.631)%% compared with chemotherapy increased (P <0.05). After chemotherapy CD 4 sup> / CD 8 sup> (1.506 ± 0.691) (1.680 ± 0.704) than before chemotherapy reduce ( P <0.05). The four chemotherapy before and after the change and CD of Treg cells 3 sup> the T cellular changes, and CD 4 sup> / CD 8 sup> was no correlation (P> 0.05). Peripheral blood of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy in IL-4, IL-10, TGF-β1 concentration than before chemotherapy reduce IFN-γ concentration increased (P <0.05). Changes in Treg cells and the cytokines IL-4, IL-10, TGF-β1 and IFN-γ concentration before and after chemotherapy was no significant correlation (P> 0.05). Conclusion Chemotherapy proportion of T lymphocytes of the peripheral blood Treg cells accounted reduce CD 8 sup> increase in the proportion of T lymphocyte subsets, help to improve cancer treatment, breast cancer patients can be effect. Changes in the peripheral blood of breast cancer patients in the soluble cytokine IL-4, IL-10, TGF-β1 and IFN-γ concentration after chemotherapy, but can not yet prove that Treg cells by more than play an inhibitory cytokine in tumor immunity.
