Non-surgical treatment of femoral neck fracture nonunion occur in approximately 50% -60% , and internal fixation of 4% -33 % , the incidence of avascular necrosis of up to 20 % -40% , so called \unsolved fracture . \[ 3 ] In recent years, hip prosthesis technique in the treatment of femoral neck fracture , although occupy a certain position , but the fixation of femoral neck fracture is still the most commonly used treatment options. Fixation for the selection of patients, accurate reduction, internal fixation reasonable choice , and the correct operation of internal fixation is the key .
