Abstract


Objective: the modern concept of health, medical model of care and thought, and modern management concept of quality of care quality of service requirements, the contents of the application of systems theory and the quality of care and technical services the study of the modern nursing service quality evaluation system; study include nursing services The quality evaluation of content, evaluation objects, evaluation tools, evaluation methods. By cluster sampling survey and evaluation of 590 hospitalized patients and nurses in five hospitals. Data entry SPSS11.5 statistical data analysis. Results: 1, theoretical research 1) evaluation of the contents of modern nursing techniques service quality evaluation content should cover the physiological, psychological, social adaptation in three areas, to be able to reflect the care and scientific work steps to meet the patients with clear and implied needs as a basis for evaluation. 2) evaluation of the object based on the total quality management and the requirements of ISO9000, should be able to reflect the characteristics of full participation, emphasis on nurse self-assessment, and give full play to self-control, self-evaluation an important role in quality management. Satisfaction surveys to overcome the one-sidedness of the traditional evaluation nurse advantages and disadvantages for the target, attention to the needs of patients meet the level and used as evaluation criteria. 3) evaluation method to systems theory as a guide to establish the basis of quality, process quality, three project quality evaluation system, to avoid purely technical procedure and results as the one-sidedness of the evaluation results. Satisfaction measurement including both patients and nurses, due to the subjective evaluation vulnerable to professional and technical factors and psychological factors should be three phases is more applicable. Conclusion: This study is to create a new quality evaluation of content and methodology, care technical services quality evaluation concept, content, methods and international standards to facilitate the detection of the problems in the nursing technical services, and evaluation results can be used in different regions and units side-by-side comparison, collecting information processing analysis simple, is conducive to promote the improvement of the quality of care.
