Abstract

With the development of blood transfusion technology and ingredients widely used blood transfusion, blood transfusion reactions (TR) and invalid transfusion phenomenon individually show invalid transfusion reactions and platelet infusion universal attention has been clinically, however erythrocyte invalid infusion is still often overlooked, but has few of the relevant literature. Objective: To explore the influencing factors of children's blood in patients with red blood cell transfusion efficacy, scientific clinical departments, and provide the basis for effective blood transfusion. : Recalling the West China Second Hospital blood pediatric hospital during January 2006 to December 2007 311 children erythrocyte suspension transfusion situation, analyze the clinical efficacy of red blood cell transfusions with patients' gender, age, type of disease, fever, The relationship between the number of blood transfusions and previous blood transfusion; simultaneously retrospective analysis of 13 clinical efficacy presence in the body of the red blood cell transfusions in patients with non-specific antibodies. Results: 311 children with hematologic diseases of the past two years RBC suspension 563 cases Total 955.5U, occurrence of a significant infusion of 390 cases, accounting for 69.27%. Male and female patients infusion efficiency of 67.42% and 72.46%, respectively, age less than 1 year old, 1 to 5 years of age, 5 to 10 years of age and more than 10-year-old patient infusion efficiency were 81.25%, 68.79%, 67.65 % and 69.41%, aplastic anemia and leukemia patients infusion efficiency were 70.00% and 70.94%, Statistics found no statistically significant clinical efficacy of red blood cell transfusions between different gender, age, type of disease, P gt; 0.05; transfusion with the fever by infusion rate was 60.00%, the number of blood transfusions for 1, 2 or 3 times greater than the 3 patients infusion efficiency were 75.24%, 67.61% and 48.68%, clinical efficacy of previous blood transfusion of 1U, 3U, more than 3U infusion patients, 72.87%, 61.63% and 47.62%, respectively, statistics showed that red blood cell transfusion fever, number of transfusions, and previous blood transfusion group statistically significant, P lt; 0.05. Presence in the body of a non-specific antibody in 13 patients RBC 39 cases (RBC suspension infusion of 11 cases, washed red blood cells infusion of 28 cases) occurred infusion of 31 cases, accounting for 74.49%, not low The average efficiency (69.27%) in the blood of children patients with red blood cell transfusions. Conclusion: regardless of the red blood cell suspension effective transfusion with blood in patients with age, gender and disease, with fever, closely related to the number of blood transfusions and previous blood transfusion. The more the number of transfusions, the greater the amount of previous blood transfusion, blood transfusion process heating, efficient lower erythrocyte suspension transfusion. Input does not contain the corresponding antigen of red blood cells after a strict cross Hopewell blood program, the presence in the body of patients with non-specific antibody infusion efficiency of not less than the blood in patients with red blood cell transfusions efficiency averages.
