Abstract


Carry feedback shift register ( FCSR ) was proposed by A. Klapper and M. Goresky a pseudo- random sequence generator, the core idea is achieved through the introduction of the carry register to binary addition of 2 - adic number , so that the FCSR outputs the natural sequence having a high linear complexity . wherein the maximal cycle FCSR sequence ( referred to as l- sequence ) has a good pseudo - randomness is the most important class of FCSR sequence taking into account the modulo 2 conducive to destruction FCSR sequence 2 - adic structure , the idea of linear filtering FCSR sequence has been widespread concern and in-depth research the feedforward linear filter FCSR sequences function selection plays an important role , This article first before linear feed - forward function select manner , that when a linear feedforward function of the selected tap concentrated in Galois the FCSR main register high-end , the algorithm is unsafe . particularly, when the number of taps is odd , the time required for the attack complex and data complexity is lower than even the case because of the non-linear nature of the binary register with the FCSR sequence of closely related , and currently the FCSR linear filter password generated is the analysis are all involved in research on the carry register , so this article then also study the Galois FCSR into bit register state distribution , binary register 0 state in one cycle, the proportion is much larger than the average proportion . Specifically, the prime number as the number of connections for a Class of n - stage Galois FCSR effective binary register stages l satisfies l ≥ 10 and L log2l 4 ≤ n the register binary 0 state in one cycle ratio is greater than 2 - [ 1 / 2 ] -5 < / sup> , is clearly greater than the average value of 2 < sup >-l . Galois FCSR into bit register state distribution is uneven .
