Abstract


Objective: To observe the clinical result and the influence of metabolic acidosis of YiShenJiuSuanTang on treating the Patients with non-dialysis chronic renal failure（CRF）.To investigate the mechanism and the curative effect of YiShenHuaZhuoTang and provide the scientific basis for its clinic application.Methods: To select 54 Patients with non-dialysis CRF fitting for CRF criterion and divide into2 groups.Treatment group 26 cases, control group 28 cases.On the basis of necessary treatment, patients of treatment group took YiShenHuaZhuoTang with Sodium Bicarbonate Tablets, and control group took the NiaoDuQingPellet with Sodium Bicarbonate Tablets. The rapeutic effect was observed 3 weeks. To register the treatment fore-and-aft quantification scores of the symptoms in Chinese medicine for the main clinical symptoms of patients. Inspect the changes of BUN, Scr, Ccr, CO2-CP, AG, K+, Na+, CL-, Ca2+ and other index and analyze the data by th estatistics. Results: 1.The total effective rate and the effect of clinical symptoms of treatment group were better than the control group（P<0.05）.2.Thetreatment group could improve the patients clinica symPtoms,decrease the clinical symptom integral and BUN,AG of patients of CRF declined while Ccr and CO2-CP raised. The effect was better than the control group（P<0.01 orP<0.05）.3.Two groups have no effect with serumion.Conclusion: YiShenHuaZhuoTang could improve the clinical symptoms, perfect the function of kidney and rectify metabolic acidosis.It could delay patients’ condition of disease to uremia with CRF inevidence.
