Abstract


This paper takes the postgraduates of Sichuan Province as a target to explore the physical training’s participate motivation, action and consumption status quo through the way of looking into the data and do some questionnaire surveys. The aim is to find out the existing advantages and disadvantages of the Postgraduate leisure sports while sum up the corresponding settlement and the development of countermeasures. My key on this paper is to provide some reference theoretical data to make a positive development of this item ,deepen the college’s physical education , then promote talented people’s training to make more postgraduates have a healthier body in their whole life.Here has a research results showed that:1. the Postgraduate of Sichuan province have a profundity awareness of the physical exercise’s importance and they all have a very positive attitude on it; But questions is that they have a huge distance between the conscious and action of physical exercise . 2.the motive of leisure sports is clarity which has the aim to enhance the physical fitness to entertainment;3. Postgraduates have many leisure times but the participation in physical exercise time is less. 4.the content of leisure sports activities is different from male and female 5. people who have a regular participation in leisure sports activities is a small number ;6.postgraduates who join the leisure sports activities has a fewer time and can not continued long time. Their has some differences between different gender, specialty , age, grade and time chosen. 7.postgraduates involved in the leisure sports has a centralize trends that they mainly collect in school‘s open space, and has the character of groupment .8. Male and female students who chose the sports projects has a big difference. there was significant difference between boys and girls , different age groups showed significant differences such as in the age of 20-30 people who like confrontational phase of the project significantly greater than the proportion of the subsequent stages of the 30-year-old; postgraduates from different sources in the selection of favorite sports has a little difference in tennis and swimming projects, 9.the sports ground and facilities is still lags behind and can not meet the needs of postgraduates which restricted the expansion of their physical exericise.10. the sports consumption level of Postgraduate is low, and different postgraduates has different financial devotions. different grades of postgraduates monthly leisure sports funding is not the same; 11. It have much reason on the impact of postgraduates’participation in leisure and sports activities in Sichuan .the main reason is the students’idleness, second is the sports ground and facilities; third is that they have less time because the heavy stress on their professions and they lack the organization .
