Abstract


Objective:To investigate the effects of Lupus detoxification pill on SLE.Method:Divideing 62 patients of SLE into 2 groups randomly,32 patients in treatment group were treated with phellodendrom and Lupus detoxification pill while 30 patients(off 2 cases) in control group were treated with phellodendrom. Both groups were treated for 3 months. Before and after treated observing the changes symptoms and laboratory consequence.Results:1.The total effective rate is 87.50% in the treatment group with a no difference between the two groups (p>0.05);2. The symtoms were improved after treatment in 2 groups,the obviously difference between two groups (p<0.05);3.The changes is so obviously difference on laboratory consequence after treatment between two groups (p<0.05).Conclusion:1.The Lupus detoxification pill is an effective chinese drugs.The therapeutic effect was bettter than control groups with no signinificant difference. The Lupus detoxification pill can help hormone withdrawing effectively and steadily,2.The Lupus detoxification pill can accelerate the decrement of the hormone, can reduces the side effect of the hormone,and can improve patient’s quality of life.
