Abstract

Estuarine wetlands and offshore Gulf is the main destination of the heavy metal pollutants in the environment, heavy metal pollution poses a great threat to the quality of the environment in these areas, ecosystem health, and food safety of aquaculture products. This article select the Liaohe estuary wetland and Rongcheng Bay seawater farming area two typical area as the study area, Liaohe mouth wet to soil samples and water samples collected respectively from October 2008, March 2009 and 2009 May to 9 month During this period, the investigation of Rongcheng Bay is divided into five cruises during the period from February 2009 to January 2010 according to the season for the collection of sediment and water samples in the Gulf. At the same time of heavy metals Cu, Pb, Zn, Cr, Cd, Hg, As, etc. as the research object, concentrations of heavy metals in the sample or the content of the survey were evaluated, and the potential ecological risk of heavy metals in the environment. Heavy metals concentrations in soil and sediment samples of Cu, Pb, Zn, Cr and Cd were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS) and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry (GFAAS), using atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer. The method of Hg and As content in the soil samples were measured, and the water of a variety of heavy metals concentration was measured using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). This thesis research is mainly to get the following conclusions: Liaohe estuary wetland environment of heavy metals pollution total potential ecological risk for more than minor or moderate, including heavy metals Cd pollution degree of the most prominent, to achieve moderate or even heavy degree of pollution, so the Liaohe mouth wet to heavy metals pollution prevention and control should be focused on the heavy metal pollution of Cd. Water bodies within the study area a variety of heavy metals in water environment has basically reached the quality level standards, to meet the national requirements of the regional nature reserve. The content of heavy metals in the environment except Hg in the spatial distribution did not differ significantly, but over time a significant change. Combination of sampling analysis, for two reasons, one is because the area of ??the spring release on the the irrigation reed field, a time because of seasonal changes in the environment factors such as temperature impact on the content of heavy metals in aquatic environments . Rongcheng Bay environment, in addition to the heavy metal the single factor pollutants Zn ecological risk is moderate, other heavy metal elements Cu, Pb, Cr, the single factor pollution levels and overall pollution levels are classified as minor, regional environmental potential ecological risk of heavy metals than low, the quality of the environment is in good condition.
