Abstract


Constructivist theory to the the cognitivism after further development is the development of behaviorism , a school of thought to the opposite direction with the objectivist development . Target based on constructivist theory and a new round of English teaching reform in junior high school English teaching practice , from the perspective of epistemology , the constructivist theory of critical analysis applied to the current middle school English teaching practice , constructivist learning theory to guide the lower secondary school English goal of teaching advantages and limitations . Absorb the essence to its dregs, compensate and supplement traditional teaching deficiencies at the operational level , to promote English teaching to student-centered , and actively guide students' active participation in learning , focusing on the creation of situational strengthen the teacher-student collaborative learning between students , the ability to develop independent learning and good teaching evaluation , in order to better implement the new curriculum ideas , to achieve the ultimate goal of English teaching and education .
