Abstract

Organic bentonite in organic wastewater become a research hotspot in recent years. This article focuses on the effect and mechanism of adsorption of organic bentonite carbamate pesticide carbofuran around the nature and waste water and other chemical indicators of the impact of bentonite before and after modification in the laboratory under simulated conditions explore organobentonite adsorption grams Budweiser efficiency, mechanism and influencing factors. The main conclusions of this paper made mainly as follows: (1) Quaternary Ammonium Surfactants cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (HTAB) and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) modified sodium bentonite, cation organic bentonite and anion and cation Organobentonites the organic bentonite organic carbon content analysis, infrared scanning, X-ray diffraction to determine the characteristics of the modified organic bentonite. Found that most of the organic carbon content from the modifier organically modified bentonite, organic bentonite organic carbon content also increased, and with the increase in the amount of modifier; bentonite after organically modified layer spacing increases. (2) to obtain a series of powdered cationic organic bentonite and organic anion and cation bentonite carbofuran solution (initial concentration of 5 mg / L) assay. Carbofuran removal solution 100HTAB and 100HTAB-10SDBS bentonite can reach more than 90%, the best dosage to 20 g / L bentonite 100HTAB adsorption equilibrium time for of 4h, 100HTAB-10SDBS bentonite adsorption equilibrium time for 3h. (3) 100HTAB and 100HTAB-10SDBS organobentonites to carbofuran adsorption isotherm fit well with the Freundlich isotherm. Organic bentonite 100HTAB adsorption of carbofuran maximum adsorption capacity the Qm = 39.06mg / g, 100HTAB-10SDBS organobentonite adsorption of carbofuran maximum adsorption capacity Qm = 22.32mg / g. (4) for different initial pH values ??of carbofuran solution (initial concentration of 5 mg / L), 100HTAB and 100HTAB-10SDBS, organic bentonite carbofuran adsorption removal rate in the neutral to alkaline range (pH = 6 ~ 10 ) from 88% to 94%, the removal rate of 70% to 88% under the acidic conditions (pH = 3 to 6). (5) as the initial concentration of NH4 solution increases (from 1 mg / L to 50 mg / L), 100HTAB and 100HTAB-10SDBS, organic bentonite carbofuran removal of water decreased. During the test solution, the pH value of the fluctuation range of 6.2-7.85. (6) PVA embedding method of organic bentonite particles, adsorption of carbofuran found particles sorb water carbofuran there is no solid-liquid separation difficulties in dosage of 30g / L, adsorption 8h reach adsorption balance, 100HTAB bentonite particles adsorbed carbofuran removal efficiency of 55.5%, 100HTAB-10SDBS bentonite adsorption removal rate of more than 60%. (7) through the use of granular bentonite the several assay can be found particles sorb carbofuran in water up to 6 times the maximum number of adsorption, the removal rate ranges from 38% to 60%. (8) by several adsorption of carbofuran test particles bentonite, bentonite adsorption of carbofuran frequency up to 6 times, which will greatly reduce the cost of bentonite particles adsorbed. (9) found after A Different Water desorption 24h at pH = 3,5,7,9,11 precipitation is less than 1% of the amount of adsorption and desorption experiments, little precipitation amount after desorption.
