Abstract


Guiding ideology of secondary vocational schools \cultivation of students ' oral communicative competence training to improve the professional quality of the students to prepare for the future career of the students , to prepare students for life development . In order to understand the real situation of secondary vocational school students ' oral communication ability , the author of the language teachers in secondary vocational schools , language teaching situation in the school students' language learning situation, the actual needs of the graduates and internship employment employer feedback investigation and analysis of the main reason for vocational school students' oral communicative competence is not satisfactory : the students based on the lack of arbitrariness on the training content and training methods are not in place , the lack of evaluation methods . On this basis , the article pointed out that oral communicative competence training teaching content should be designed as a practical sequence Situational Approach , the use of oral communicative competence development of student evaluation criteria students training culture . At the same time , explore their own teaching practice , to be verified . Finally, I put forward the need for the opening of a separate oral communication courses in secondary vocational schools , secondary vocational schools , the specific conditions of the preparation of school-based oral communicative competence training materials , as well as to increase the ability of oral communication test recommendations .
