Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and dyes are common types of organic pollutants in the environment. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon compounds are widespread in nature, most of carcinogenicity and mutagenicity, and has the role of environmental hormones. Dye compounds is the main raw material of organic chemical industry, especially in the large-scale use in the printing and dyeing industry, one of the main sources of pollution of industrial waste water, potentially toxic, can cause serious pollution to the environment. Wastewater containing these two types of pollutants discharged into the ocean is not only interested in the marine environment have a great impact and do great harm to the bioconcentration and food chain will have seafood safety and human health, which has aroused the attention of experts in various fields . Study these two types of organic pollutants in marine sediments on the adsorption, on the one hand help to understand their migration and transformation of the marine environment, and to provide a theoretical help to control and solve the environmental pollution; on the other hand will also marine environmental protection and marine scientific research provide valuable scientific basis. Philippines and methylene blue are typical of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and dyes represents one thing. The laboratory simulation to study the adsorption behavior of phenanthrene and methylene blue on the marine sediments, on the different treatment of marine sediments adsorption mechanism; their adsorption effects of medium salinity, temperature and other environmental factors behavior; adsorption behavior of the presence of other organic pollutants (surfactants). Get the following results: 1. Philippine A. Philippine marine sediments, adsorption equilibrium time of approximately 30 min, in line with the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation. With the change of the initial concentration, the initial rate of adsorption, the adsorption capacity and equilibrium adsorption rate constant will change. B. phenanthrene adsorption behavior on the sediments of the three approaches described three kinds isotherm model, the Freundlich isotherm best fit the results. Sediment organic matter content is more obvious on adsorption, adsorption capacity showed a positive correlation. C. The adsorption media equilibrium time, adsorption equilibrium time in distilled water (DW) is slightly larger than the natural seawater (NSW). Different types of organic matter adsorption mechanism is not the same, and will affect the adsorption rate and equilibrium time. Different types of organic matter content in different media will be slightly different, so the balance of the time difference. Seawater contains different kinds of ions and organic matter, the existence and form of the main component of humic acid organic matter in sediments would have an impact, eventually leading to phenanthrene adsorption capacity decreases with increasing salinity. D. temperature has little effect on the phenanthrene adsorption equilibrium time, but its adsorption capacity. Temperature, organic matter increase the solubility of hydrophobic weakened sediments soluble organic component part of the dissolution to the solution, the allocation of the role of organic matter in sediments will reduce the phenanthrene adsorption capacity, resulting in decline. Phenanthrene in marine sediments the Adsorption Thermodynamics function calculation shows △ Majorized Correspondences and lt; description of the adsorption process is spontaneous; △ Hθ lt; 0 adsorption process is exothermic; △ Sθ lt; description of the adsorption process is accompanied by reduction of entropy. E. Non-ionic surfactant Tween 20 (Tween 20) to join the phenanthrene adsorption behavior have a greater impact. With Tween20 concentration, the the phenanthrene adsorption amount increases. 2 A. methylene blue, methylene blue adsorption time to reach equilibrium in marine sediments is about 4h, in line with the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation, the initial adsorption rate, adsorption capacity and equilibrium adsorption rate constant will change with the change of initial concentration . B. methylene blue adsorption behavior in the sediments of the three approaches can be described with the Freundlich isotherm, the change of the organic matter content has little effect on the adsorption, mainly the role of the surface of the clay minerals in the sediments and pore adsorption affect the adsorption behavior. C. seawater containing different types of ions and organic substances, competitive adsorption of methylene blue, eventually leading to increase with the salinity of methylene blue adsorption capacity decreases. The temperature on the adsorption of methylene blue is not big, but good regularity. With increasing temperature, methylene blue solubility increased hydrophobic interaction weakened; sediment organic matter is more likely to be released to water, sediment organic matter distribution function will reduce the results of the methylene blue adsorption capacity decreased, but due to the higher solubility of methylene blue solubilization effect is not obvious, and adsorbed to the surface of the clay mineral adsorption and microporous role-based, organic matter distribution function is not a major factor, so the temperature changes the amount of adsorption is not very obvious. D. different surfactant addition of methylene blue adsorption behavior of different effects. Tween 20 added on adsorption are not large in NSW and DW both medium; cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) was added to make the methylene blue adsorption diminished capacity, more pronounced in DW inhibition,; in NSW, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) on the adsorption inhibition, DW, SDBS Quedui adsorption play a role in promoting.
