Abstract

As in northern China an important economic development of the regional group of coastal cities in Shandong Province in recent years made some achievements while facing a series of problems of environmental pollution and ecological destruction, especially blue Shandong Peninsula Economic Zone \group of coastal cities in Shandong Province future development opportunities, but also new challenges. People have to re-examine the relationship between socio-economic development and ecological environment in the current development model, and how to coordinate the contradiction between the limited resources with evolving group of coastal cities in Shandong Province, sustainable development became the focus of the parties. Ecological footprint theory Emergy Theory combined and applied to the quantitative study of the coastal city of Shandong Province, the group ecological environment and socio-economic relationship by analyzing the to identify impeding social - ecological system healthy development of adverse factors, combined with the ecological and economic development of the actual situation of the coastal city of Shandong Province put forward suggestions for improvement, and provide a scientific basis for the harmonious development of the regional ecology and economy. In this paper, the value theory to improve the ecological footprint analysis, for the first time established a group of coastal cities in Shandong Province \quantitative analysis and selected to better reflect the state of development of the social - ecological system the yuan GDP ecological footprint, the ecological footprint diversity index, coefficient of per capita ecological coordination the ecological carrying defects of indicators, ecological pressure index and ecological economic system important indicator of the development capacity of a comprehensive assessment of the group of coastal cities in Shandong Province social-ecological systems development. Sustainable development in order to better understand the study area, using gray system theory to establish a group of coastal cities in Shandong Province, ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity prediction model, and the 2008-2015 regional ecological footprint, ecological carrying capacity and ecological deficit estimates. The results show that the group of coastal cities in Shandong Province between :1.1993 and 2007 has been showing a more serious ecological deficit, and the deficit to rise significantly to the ecological deficit in 2007 up to 3.77 × 108hm2, the region is facing enormous ecological pressure. The reason is that the group of coastal cities in Shandong Province ecological footprint rising faster, 1993 13.33 107hm2, increased to 40.39 in 2007 107hm2 an average annual rate of change of 8.1%, almost straight up state, the ecological carrying capacity has been was more moderate fluctuations in the state, roughly in the inter-annual increase down alternate states, the average annual rate of change of 2.9%. The 2.1993-2007 group of coastal cities in Shandong Province ecological footprint of each component according to the descending order of proportion: arable land footprint, fossil energy land footprint, water footprint, building land footprint, footprints of pasture and woodland footprint. Fossil energy land, water and building land increased rapidly in recent years, land use structure makes the study area, the contradiction between supply and demand is extremely uneven further exacerbated. The 3.1993-2007 years per capita ecological carrying capacity of the group of coastal cities in Shandong Province, a more moderate change, peak from 2007 0.81hm2 / people a low 2000 0.66hm2 / people, the average of 15 years of 0.72hm2 /. The per capita ecological footprint continues to increase, by 4.30hm2 / rose 12.02hm2 / person, an increase of 179.53%. Changes in the per capita ecological deficit was a rapid growth in the following three stages from 1993 to 1996, rose to 5.75hm2 / person from 3.55hm2 / person, 3-year increase of 62.0%; followed by two years of continuous decline, decline in per capita deficit to 1998 0.27hm2 /; 1999-2007 per capita deficit continues to rise, to 2007 of 11.21hm2 /, which is 2.2 times that of 1993, far beyond the group of coastal cities in Shandong Province, per capita carrying capacity range. The 4.1993-2007 group of coastal cities in Shandong Province, the per capita ecological footprint of the composition of arable land, water and fossil energy land footprint per capita contribution, followed by construction land, pasture and woodland, the smallest proportion of. The pressure comes mainly from the planting of crops in the region of human activities on the ecological resources, the aquatic fishing and demand for fossil energy products. The 5.1993-2007 group of coastal cities in Shandong Province, resource utilization increase over the years, various types of land development and utilization of the overall development of a balanced trend, but excessive pressure brought by the rapid economic development of the local natural resources and ecological environment, socio-economic and natural the development of relations between the ecological needs further coordination. The 6.2008-2015 group of coastal cities in Shandong Province, the ecological footprint large amount of growth in the growth of the ecological carrying capacity, resulting in the study area has been showing ecological deficit and the size of the deficit is increasing year by year, and 2015 will be of up to 19.19hm2 / person. Research area in the next few years, fossil energy land, construction land and waters land faster growth, ecological footprint constitute major changes in the proportion of fossil energy land to replace arable land footprint to become the largest component of the ecological footprint. Finally, based on the results of the study analyzed the adverse factors that hinder the sustainable development of the region, combined with the actual situation of the study area to control ecological deficit, promote the harmonious development of ecology and economy of the group of coastal cities of Shandong Province suggestions.
