Abstract


At present, Chinese ministry of environmental protection and ministry of science and technology start the alliance of promoting and developing low carbon economy investment and financing strategy, trying to push forward the combination of financing and investment institution and environmental enterprise which result the large capital input in the development of environmental industry. However, because of our late initial starting in developing environmental industry , we still have a long way to go in the area of management and technology compared with other developed countries. Especially in the field of safety management, we have no complete and mature experience to learn. This essay will introduce the point of using the knowledge of risk management in safety management of environmental enterprises, fully combing the thought of risk management and method of safety management. It will not only change the passive status of safety management in our china’s environmental enterprises, but also will enlarge the management to the scope of insurance, investment, even the political risk, making the overall and concrete change from tradition safety management to scientific management.
