Abstract


With the continuous development of social knowledge service needs , in-depth study of the theory of knowledge services are increasingly valued by experts and scholars of the field of library and information science . Knowledge services is the inevitable choice of the field of Library and Information adapt to the knowledge of economic and social development needs , but also the evolution and expansion of the existing information services . Therefore, to explore and discuss knowledge services theory and methods , and to carry out targeted research will promote academic progress and practical application of the field has important implications for the field of Library and Information . This paper briefly the current knowledge services research based on the idea of the capability theory is introduced into knowledge services , systematic exposition of the meaning of knowledge service capabilities , the architecture evaluation system and methods and other issues . Then, with the excellent management theory , knowledge services into different stages . Whether it is knowledge evaluation system or the division of knowledge service excellence stage , the objective is to provide a guiding recommendations for the development of knowledge services , knowledge services so as to promote leapfrog development and realize the value of the knowledge services . Finally, we select a target body to do empirical research to verify the feasibility of the knowledge service capability evaluation system built . The study from the knowledge service capability perspective , Knowledge Service of Library and Information has a strong practical significance , is also a useful attempt for knowledge services research . Build knowledge services , the most important meaning is that the important factor in the work re- sort to give sufficient attention to the tacit knowledge of factors previously ignored mining . Only in this way , the knowledge services and even the entire field of Library and Information to a qualitative leap. In terms of practical significance , we can also use this set of evaluation system to measure the service capacity of an institutional knowledge and knowledge services status quo , and then go to the knowledge service capability position with reference to the excellent stage , in order to identify the lack of knowledge services and improve the direction thereby helping to improve the overall level of knowledge services .
