Abstract

Cement industry is a mineral raw materials for processing industries, the use of large-scale production equipment, mostly heavy equipment, atmospheric pollution is one of the industries most serious. Since reform and opening, the increasing scale cement production, pollution of the environment has become increasingly severe. Pollution of the atmosphere with cement particles and harmful gases, and to particulate pollution is most serious. Therefore, to cement Characteristics of particulate emissions, for further study of their formation principles, environmental impact and control principle has important significance. In this study, new dry cement production section of different enterprises to carry out measurement, testing include: kiln, kiln, coal mill and cement mill dust after each step in the flue gas SO2, CO, NOx, total dust and fumes Basic parameters; classification using particle sampler (LPI), respectively, with Al film, teflon film collection of particulate matter particle samples were weighed, ion analysis and elemental analysis, obtained after each section flue dust particle size distribution and chemical group points: (1) normal conditions, the measured kiln sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides emissions from the largest concentration of 324.77 mg / m ~ 3, 300.2mg / m ~ 3, far less than the standard limit, the measured emission of gaseous pollutants enterprise genus discharge; measured kiln, kiln, coal mill, cement mill, crushing, packing maximum emission of smoke after the dust concentration was 58.4 mg / m ~ 3,69.9 mg / m ~ 3,24.3 mg / m ~ 3, 21.8mg / m ~ 3,1.3 mg / m ~ 3,2.6 mg / m ~ 3 is much lower than the national standard emission standards limit emissions in good condition. (2) Through the mass concentration of particulate matter particle characteristics analysis, the various processes PM10 (ie, aerodynamic equivalent diameter ≤ 10μm particle) size distributions. Kiln, kiln and cement mill dust after accounting for PM10 PM2.5 mass concentration percentages were 71.30-84.61% ,52.09-79 .54%, and 83.19-85.61%. PM2.5 were accounted for more than 50%, indicating kiln, kiln and cement mill dust particles after fine particles mainly based. (3) for the kiln, kiln, cement mill and coal mill dust particles emitted after the chemical composition analysis found that the major pollutants of the measuring point is substantially the same components, contain Ca, S, Si, Al element, SO42-, and Cl-. However, at each point of each component is not the same sort of content, depending on the point of discharge raw material components, production processes and related parameters differences. (4) According to the measured concentration of soot calculated kiln, kiln, cement mill and coal mill dust emissions per unit of product, respectively :0.09-0 .22kg/t- clinker ,0.10-2 .07 kg/t- cooked material ,0.0009-0 .02kg/t- cement ,0.002-0 .01 kg/t- coal, these data can be used as calculating the cement industry particulate matter emission factors based reference data. (5) Acidity cement particles reference calculation method recommended by EPA in unit volume of gas in the hydrogen ions to the mass of particulate matter collected by said sample acidity. Through each point particle acidity analysis, the cement plant emissions of different section almost entirely alkaline particulate matter, indicating that particulate matter emissions from cement companies have a certain acidification buffering capacity, may be atmospheric acid deposition produce effective cushioning effect . However, different particulate matter emission section PM1 greater acidity of particles below, indicating that the smaller particles are greater acidity.
