Abstract


The video surveillance system is a multimedia, interactive computers, distribution and monitoring of real-time communication technologies such as in an integrated system. Today, video surveillance systems are fully towards the digital, networked, intelligent and integrated direction. In this paper, the video surveillance system developments and related technologies, the problem of video surveillance, proposed the key technology of digital video surveillance system design: Davinci technology, H.264 encoding technology, RTP transmission technology. Davinci technology is a specialized application for digital video signal processing-based solutions for the video equipment manufacturers with integrated processors, software, tools and support to simplify the design process and accelerate product innovation. In this paper, Davinci DM6446 processor technology as the core, combined with CE (Codec Engine) framework, embedded digital video server (Digtal Video Server) hardware / software system architecture design. H.264/AVC is the new standard, ITU-T and ISO / IEC jointly launched a new generation of international video coding standard, its the efficient coding efficiency and good network friendliness has a very broad application prospects in the field of digital media. This article describes the porting and optimization process of the coding algorithm Davinci platform, and make full use of the the Davinci platform advantages of using various optimization methods to optimize the original algorithm, greatly improve the efficiency of the implementation of the program, the final Davinci platform can be processed in real time encoders. RTP / RTCP protocol to provide end-to-end real-time network data transmission, timing reconstructed, frame loss detection, data security, congestion control and other services to support multicast or unicast network. In this paper, the H.264 network load format as well as the principle of RTP / RTCP protocol, designed an embedded streaming media transmission system, H.264 network transmission and network control strategy for digital video surveillance provide a good web hosting platform. Finally, the article describes the design process based on the the DirectShow technology network real-time player, and then completed the design of the entire system. Integration testing, the system has reached the basic requirements of the video surveillance system successfully embedded real-time systems, embedded networking, multimedia encoding, streaming media transmission, Davinci technology effectively.
