Abstract


This article embarks from the domestic insurance industry faces opportunities and challenges, the integration of modern information technology in municipal insurance and application were studied. Based on information technology in municipal in the insurance industry needs analysis, designed the overall application of modern information technology in prefecture-level insurance industry. Use virtual private networks (VPNS) technology, and puts forward a distributed business processing program, extends the scope of business of the insurance industry, solved the problem of the insurance industry marketing network spread; Combined with existing customer voice inquiry system, set up a general framework for the call center, improve the service quality of the insurance industry, provides the basis for custom management data; To meet the needs of the insurance management decisions, the analysis of the data warehouse and data mining technology, on the basis of using the SAS system to place municipal insurance company for simple data extraction and analysis, provides the reference value for large-scale data mining.
