Abstract


With the rapid economic development , the ecological environment of water resources increasing pressure . Ecological and environmental protection has become an urgent task in today's society . Government and residents of water conservation for the protection of water sources to contribute to the environment right to fair and equal opportunity rights subject to certain restrictions , there is an urgent need for new policy mechanisms to solve this problem . This article is based on the Suzhou water town of Golden Pavilion as the research object , through data collection , field trips , questionnaire survey , a preliminary study on the town of Golden Pavilion establishment of ecological compensation mechanism . In the present study , through the review of the large number of documents , elaborated on the theoretical basis of ecological compensation . Ecological compensation mechanism related content , such as : the subject of compensation , compensation, compensation mode , as well as the compensation amount have done a detailed analysis . Through the use of ecological footprint analysis method to construct the ecological compensation mechanism in the town of Golden Pavilion . Ecological compensation research is still in its early stages , the contents of the ecological compensation is still expanding , there are many studied in depth , for example : the uncertainty of the value of resources , the establishment of ecological compensation model , ecological compensation legislation . Science to establish and improve the ecological compensation system , and effective implementation is an effective way to solve the current water source development is uneven and sustainable development , but also laid the foundation for balanced and sustainable development of the region as a whole .
