Abstract


The establishment of China - ASEAN Free Trade Area of the division to provide an opportunity for the industry in Guangdong and Guangxi rationalization . Industrial transfer in the environment by industry docking to achieve the industrial structure in Guangdong and Guangxi upgrade is the subject of this study . Practice has proved that the international industrial transfer , the transfer of industry to promote the upgrading of industrial structure , industry docking is to achieve effective behavior of this dynamic process . First, the research status and related theory analysis provides a reliable theoretical basis of the transfer of the practical problems of Guangdong and Guangxi industry . Secondly , through the industrial structure of Guangdong and Guangxi , the status quo and upgrade target analysis demonstrated two provinces , the need for industrial transfer and industrial docking ; comparison of the two provinces economic indicators data analysis demonstrated two provinces industry feasibility of gradient transfer ; through the analysis of the real conditions of the culture, geography , and other of the two provinces , the two provinces industrial gradient transfer provides an objective basis . Then, the proposed industrial docking three ways to achieve the industry of Guangdong, Guangxi , transfer , and then upgrade the industrial structure of the two provinces . In fact, this is the recommended way to achieve industrial transfer from the two provinces with the upgrading of the industrial structure . Industry docking process in the two provinces , the government plays an important role in the coordination and guidance . Therefore , in the last chapter of the article analyzes the role of government in industrial transfer and upgrading of industrial structure , and recommendations from the policy-making perspective .
