Abstract


China 's Free Trade Zone in the early 1990s began to set up the Free Trade Zone of the country has a total of 15 . After years of development, the Free Trade Zone are connected to both domestic and international markets , promote international trade , money and technology , led the development of the port industry has played a big role. However, with the integration of the world economy and the deepening of China's opening to the outside world , especially after China 's accession to the World Trade Organization ( WTO ) , the further development of China 's Free Trade Zone is facing severe challenges. Due to the presence of deficiencies , the absence of legislation , vague position acquired developed by bottlenecks , dysfunction, bull management , Minato separation , poor supervision , bonded increasingly shows its own grim prominent problem . How to deal with these challenges and problems ? Free Trade Zone as a bridgehead to participate in international competition and domestic and international markets the meeting point , how quickly and securely with the world economy fully aligned ? These are precisely the current China 's further opening up to the outside world an urgent need to solve . The evolution of world free trade zone analysis review , a summary of experience in the successful operation of the world free trade zone , features , and discusses the developing trend and impact of the Free Trade Area of the world economy . Then, starting from the analysis of China 's Free Trade Zone, historical development , by drawing on the experience of successful development of free trade zone in the world , with a deeper understanding of the things of the Free Trade Zone on the basis of demonstrated the feasibility and the necessary transformation of China 's Free Trade Zone to the Free Trade Area nature , combined with the reality of China and the world macroeconomic trends conclusion : China free Trade Zone must be attributed to the \led comprehensive ; District, Hong Kong combined , coordinated development ; unified leadership , territorial management . The last paper presents our Free Trade Zone to the target mode transition path selection, management model should be bonded area clear qualitative positioned as a \reform ; give more preferential policies .
