Abstract


With the rapidly devaloping of China’s economic construction, The real estate industry has been the important constituent part of China’s national economy, even one of the pillar industries in national economy. The real estate industry that is a special high investment, repayment and risk trade is frequently influenced by the natural and social and economical element and faces many indetermination. How to estimate risk is very important to every real estate item, so it’s crucial that go on the project feasibility analysis study in the decision stage of the projects.Based on the feasibility analysis study on the real estate projects and economic evaluation theory, having consulted relevant literature and materials, the article did a feasibility study on the ZD real estate project. And I hope the article could Make an essay to assist a scientific decision-making of the real estate project development and investment. The main contents: introduce the main content of the feasibility analysis study on the real estate projects and technical-economical analysis. Analysing the conditions of the macroeconomics and the real estate market of China. Chekiang Province, Shaoxin and Shenzhou, the basic information of the ZD project and its characteristics, communicating on the project with the architectural designer who were invited to design the ZD project, by the economic, financial and uncertainties analysis, put forward a new proposal about the problems of the project, Finally get the conclusion that the analytic result exceeds the standard of investment.
