Abstract

Corporate strategy affect the overall career development, the establishment or development of a business must first thinking and research issues. The corporate strategy of enterprises is a matter of life and death, all business activities of enterprises should be carried out under the framework of the corporate strategy. Every business has its own characteristics in the fierce market competition, have different resource endowments with other enterprises and resource constraints, but it faces the same competition in the market, must carefully analyze the external environment and internal environment, conduct to accurate industry positioning and market positioning, development of strategic decision-making for enterprise development, cultivate the core competitiveness of enterprises, the formation of the advantages of sustainable development.
