Abstract

Since the 1990s, an important trend of economic globalization, cross-border mergers and acquisitions has become the main form of international direct investment. Not only in developed countries but also in developing countries, the number and size of the cross-border mergers and acquisitions in the rapid growth. In China, by \In recent years, the rapid growth of Chinese enterprises overseas M \u0026 A cases, successful, and also a lot of failure. Chinese enterprises overseas mergers and acquisitions fail because many, such as mergers and acquisitions before the target companies have chosen blind, the lack of experience in mergers and acquisitions, improper operation in the M \u0026 A process, M \u0026 A business development plan after the risk of error, the host country's political finance, but this article One important reason is the lack of investment in the host country's labor situation, labor laws and policies, and labor aspects of the human environment, in-depth and even a basic understanding, increase the costs and risks of mergers and acquisitions.
