Abstract


In the safety of driving at night , due to the prevalence of car headlights blinding problem , it is one of the main reasons for causing the accident by highway traffic management departments attach great importance , therefore , the research has been on various anti-glare technology have never stopped . Polarization of antiglare technology is an effective means to solve this problem , polarized headlights system is the most promising from the optical pathway lighting system to resolve the glare problem . Starting from the point of view of the assembly design , the designers hope to polarizer designed surface , therefore , the departure from the surfaces polarizer angle distribution of transmitted light field , Surface polarization front headlight system technology The in-depth study . In this paper, based on the idea of data mining , as a means of surface modeling algorithm , preliminary analysis of the relational model of data , the model is actually to reduce the dimension of the two - dimensional distribution of the light field and the related impact factor . Test experiments and designed according to the model , and exploratory data analysis of data obtained by the cubic polynomial interpolation quasi-uniform rational B-spline surface fitting approximation of the experimental data , and come to a different degree of bending the polarizer test data field distribution surfaces, data centroid , and the local gradient of the data field changes directly reflect the transmitted light field with the changes in the degree of bend of the polarizer . The article also gives polarizer different degree of bending of one-dimensional optical field distribution of the sample box whisker plot , which reflects the the polarizer angle between the degree of bending of the combined effect of the transmitted light field distribution .
