Abstract


Based on a large number of coal mine accident prevention through case studies, analyzes and summarizes our coal through the causes and prevention of accidents through accident prevention features ; and physiological structure as a reference, according to accident causation theory, combined with anti- mine production system through the actual situation to human physiological structure as a reference, to establish a coal mine accident prevention through the model of coal mine accidents through prevention mechanism is analyzed . Then, through accident prevention model, according to the accident early warning principle, a coal mine accident prevention through risk early warning model in -depth study on the early warning model based on the analysis put forward a complete mine accident prevention through risk early warning methodology : First, the use of fishbone diagram method for accident prevention through the identification of risk factors , and then identify the risk factors identified through risk assessment and accident prevention indicators , according to the risk assessment indicators, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the level of risk of an accident . Finally , according to the risk factors and the resulting level of risk assessment , risk of accident prevention through the establishment of early warning indicators . Warning method using indicators , early warning and regression analysis of factors predictive method design early warning criteria to determine the warning period , and to develop risk level through accident prevention and early warning signal standards . Under the early warning criteria , with the risk of the accident early warning indicators for early warning analysis , and dissemination of early warning signals. In the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation process, using safety checklist method qualitative risk evaluation factors quantitative, qualitative factors reduce the inaccuracy of assessed value , and safety checklist in quantifying qualitative indicators at the same time the risk of the system has been were evaluated after the release of beneficial warning signal pre-control measures implemented. Paper, using Web Services technology and ASP technology developed integrated early warning management information system software, can be carried out through the use of computer networks and accident prevention early warning of danger , improve coal mine safety work through the defense and the modernization level of information to and from certain extent, solve the coal mine safety monitoring equipment waste of resources, data redundancy and information island .
